How fast can I see what online bill pay would look like?

Do you need access to my current website?
No. We host your customer payment portal on a subdomain such as payments.yourwebsite.com. All you need is the ability to point that subdomain to us, so your existing site stays untouched.
Do you store my customers' credit card numbers?
No. We follow PCI DSS standards and use tokenization and secure payment gateways, so card numbers are never stored on our servers.
Which payment gateways and processors do you work with?
Authorize.Net with International Bancard is our preferred setup. We also integrate Heartland Payment Systems, PayPal, CyberSource, Stripe and others when there is a specific need.
How long does it take to launch?
Anywhere from two weeks to a couple of months, depending on how complex your portal, checkout or billing system is. Every build includes testing and staff training before launch.
Can I take card payments in person too?
Yes. We can set you up with countertop, tablet and mobile card terminals through the same processor, so online and in-person payments land in one place.
Does Mobilize Pay hold our money?
No. Mobilize Pay is not a payment processor and never holds funds. Payments settle from your processor straight to your bank account.
Why not just use QuickBooks or Square invoices?
Those are fine for simple invoices. Mobilize Pay is for businesses that want payments on their own branded domain, ACH, text-to-pay, payment plans and autopay set up the way they work, integrations built to fit their systems, and a local team that builds and supports it.
How much does online bill pay cost?
Our standard online bill pay is $3,750 one time, or $450 a month for 12 months. After that, hosting is $100 a month and security is $99.99 a year. Custom payment systems are quoted to scope.
