What is recurring billing?
Recurring billing charges a customer’s saved card automatically on a schedule, weekly, monthly or annually, instead of invoicing them each time. The card is stored with your payment gateway as a secure token, and each charge settles to your bank like any other card payment.

What happens when a recurring payment fails?
You and your customer get an alert right away so they can update their card or bank account. Late fees can be added automatically based on your rules.
Can customers pay by bank draft (ACH)?
Yes. Customers can save a bank account instead of a card for autopay.
Is recurring billing secure?
Yes. Cards are stored as tokenized profiles with your payment gateway, never on our servers or your website.
How do I set up recurring payments for my customers?
Choose a gateway that supports it (we prefer Authorize.Net), add a sign-up page where customers save a card, set the schedule, and give customers a way to update their card. We build all of it.
Can customers update their card themselves?
Yes. We can give customers a secure page to update the card on file, so an expired card doesn’t become a phone call.
Which gateways support recurring billing?
Authorize.Net (our preferred setup) and Stripe both handle recurring billing well. We pick based on what you use today.
How much does recurring billing cost?
