How online bill pay works
You send an invoice or statement with a link. The customer opens payments.yourwebsite.com, enters the invoice number and amount, and pays by card. They get a receipt; you get a nightly summary. Payments settle from your processor straight to your bank. Mobilize Pay never holds your funds.

Can customers pay by bank transfer (ACH)?
Yes. Customers can pay by card or by ACH bank transfer, which is often cheaper to process for larger invoices.
Does it work with QuickBooks or our other software?
We don’t have an off-the-shelf connector, but we build integrations to fit your systems and specifications, such as posting payments into your accounting or practice software. Integrations are quoted to scope.
Is a client payment portal the same thing?
Yes. Whether you call them customers, clients or patients, the portal works the same way: a branded page on your subdomain where they pay what they owe.
What is a customer payment portal?
A secure web page where your customers pay what they owe you online, usually by entering an invoice or account number and paying by card. Ours are branded to your business and hosted on your own subdomain.
Do my customers need to create an account?
Not unless you want them to. Most portals let customers pay as a guest. Saved cards and account logins can be added when repeat payments make sense.
How much does a customer payment portal cost?
Our standard online bill pay portal is $3,750 one time, or $450 a month for 12 months. After that, hosting is $100 a month and security is $99.99 a year.
Which payment processors does it work with?
Authorize.Net with International Bancard is our preferred setup. We also integrate Stripe, PayPal, CyberSource and Heartland Payment Systems.
