The challenge

The firm’s portal gives managed service providers access to contract templates such as Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work and subcontractor agreements. Each new client needs to sign up with business, contact and billing details and pay an access and setup fee before access is granted.

What we built

A single sign-up page on the firm’s own website that collects business information, contact details and billing information, then charges the card securely at submission.

• Business and contact details
• Billing address with “same as business” shortcuts
• Card payment of the access charge and one-time setup fee
• Terms for access to the contract templates

The result

New clients enroll and pay in one visit, on a page that carries the firm’s brand, without a separate invoice or a phone call to collect card details.
